SHIPMENT & PROCESSING TIME!

All orders need between 1-3 business days to be processed before the order ships out. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number when your order ships out. Ada Zuri is not responsible for any delays with shipment packages. Please contact the carrier service company for any questions on shipment traffic. 

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS!

So please make sure you are ordering the correct items and the correct quantity. If you so happen to make a mistake please reach out to us by email contactadazuri@gmail.com explaining what you ordered and the product you desire. 

Discounted items are FINAL SALE, due to that they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

DAMAGED ITEMS!

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us by email immediately contactadazuri@gmail.com. (Within 24 hours of receiving your package)

CUSTOMIZATION!

We follow a strict recipe so our products come out the same consistency the same way each time but if you are allergic to any of our ingredients please write in the notes section or email us informing us what to remove.
